Hardware Production Manager for CO2 capture

Working field:

Our co-found­ing team will sup­port you in set­ting up your role and secur­ing strategies and fin­ances to get pro­duc­tion going. Over the next 6 - 12 months, you will focus on production activities and development, con­sol­id­at­ing the team, and enga­ging with contractors. As a production manager (m/f/d) position, you will manage the com­pany through the production process and scale-up activities.


Your tasks:

  • Man­age production team, fur­ther devel­op­ing the product and production strategy.
  • You will be respons­ible for the com­pany’s product production finalization.
  • You will be in dir­ect con­tact and com­mu­nic­a­tion with CEO  and CTO.
  • Build part­ner­ships that help the com­pany grow strong in elec­tro­chem­istry applications, gas processing, and ana­lyt­ical tech­no­lo­gies.
  • Implementation of procurement strategies.
  • Build a solid com­pany cul­ture.
  • Identify and man­age new hir­ing tar­gets to fur­ther build up a strong hir­ing fun­nel.


Requirements:

  • At least one year of pro­fes­sional exper­i­ence in a management role, ideally in a cor­por­ate envir­on­ment or a B2B star­tup, com­pany builder, or strategy/innov­a­tion con­sult­ing firm.
  • Exper­i­ence in management inter­dis­cip­lin­ary teams and inventory.
  • Abil­ity to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excel­lent organ­iz­a­tional skills, attention to detail.
  • Excel­lent com­mu­nic­a­tion skills, in-depth present­a­tion, and mod­er­a­tion skill.
  • You are com­mu­nic­at­ive and open to developing the exist­ing part­ner net­work fur­ther.
  • You speak Eng­lish and Ger­man at a flu­ent busi­ness level.
  • Will­ing­ness to travel nation­ally and inter­na­tion­ally.


Is a plus if:

  • You have exper­i­ence in Hardware production processes.
  • You are famil­iar with work­ing in hard­ware com­pan­ies and R&D teams, espe­cially with know-how in ana­lyt­ical instru­ment­a­tion, labor­at­ory devices, and hard­ware man­u­fac­tur­ing.
